Contact your Cigar Hunter account representative to initiate the return process and to receive a return shipping label. Approved returns will be credited by the same method used for payment and will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Partial box returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Some products may not be eligible for a return/refund such as special order products, private label products, setup and artwork fees or fees for services.
